We stayed here for 20+ days. The place is great value for money, houses have A LOT of details to make your stay comfortable. Room has all the amenities you might need. Yard is clean and green, people around are normally friendly and you can be private or socialize, up to you. Katarina and Thio are always there to help or make your stay enjoyable. Super flexible and in great spirit. If you are considering to bring a dog call ahead to confirm. A lot of nice beaches nearby (Poseidi nearby, we also liked the one where Cactus Beach Bar is 15min away, Elani also in the morning) Only heads up is the sleeping arrangements - pullout couch on bottom floor and king size bed on upper floor. We made it work for family of 4 with 2 small babies, but some might be surprised or expect a seperate room - its all combined into one

We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, warm water, a big house with a big yard and nothing to disturb us. I definitely recommend it.

Apartment has everything you need for a stay with a family. There was more than twice of equipment in kitchen than we have at our home. Every room has it's litle details every wall a litle ornament. Every room has it's own air condition which you can use free of charge. Clean, comfortable, huge terrace with a nice view. It's a nice starting position to go and visit all of the kassandra beaches and towns.(assuming you're with a car). There is no wifi but we knew that before we arrived, these days you can buy greek sim card with unlimited internet data for around 15 euros. It's evident that the owner put a lot of effort and personal touch in arranging apartment. 👏👏

The holiday in Halkidiki, Mola Kalyva at Villa Maria was sensational. The luxury suite we stayed in, right on the seashore, was amazing. New, equipped with absolutely everything you need, the waves of the sea, the wonderful water, but above all the exceptional people who manage the property made this vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back. It should be mentioned that the tavern and the beach bar have been disbanded , but there are many other taverns in the area where you can eat and drink very well. One more observation: the beach is narrow, intimate and with stones, you need specific shoes to enter the water. The beach is not crowded and is very suitable for people looking for peace and relaxation. We thank from the bottom of our hearts the owners of the villa who offered us their food and whom we now consider friends: the kind and always available Mr. Kleanthis Spanos, his warm-hearted and wonderful wife Eliza (a perfect Frenchwoman) and their daughters, the small and sweet Diana and the ambitious Lemonia, but also the rest of the people who are close to them in this activity. The appartment is new, well organized and has everything you need. It's on ground floor and has a spacious terrace. Good wifi connection, smart tv, comfortable sofa and beds. It's about 5 min walk from the beach and stores. The beach is amaizing.
