During our 3-day stay at Kydon Hotel, we found nothing to dislike. In fact, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Crete. The location is excellent, with convenient parking facilities. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff, a special thank you goes to Kiki. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Her fantastic French and her invaluable advice on the best beaches to visit in Chania made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was always spotless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Kydon Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.

Nikos is very responsive via text and allowed us an early check-in. Athena is very friendly and graciously provided us with laundry detergent. The suite is incredible, as is the pool. Peace and quiet guaranteed. Free parking is included. Netflix is available on the TV. There is a Koukouvaya cafe a 5-minute walk away with an incredible view. Chania is a 1-hour walk or 10-minute drive away.

Excellent villa. It was exactly like photographs. Property was extremely clean and had everything needed for our family . The pool was beautiful and cleaned early every morning. The staff also did a mid stay house clean changing towels and bed linen . I highly recommend this property the view was beautiful house and pool perfect ! The location is a few minutes drive from local shops and restaurants although there is a tavern a short walk away which served beautiful Greek dishes . I would recommend a car rental . The staff assisted us with this also .

This place is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They send you the best tips where to park, booked a taxi for us and as our flight back home was too early they left breakfast for us at the room one day before. They are the best! The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general is cozy and the decoration is so welcoming. The area is also so calm and at the same time you have everything out there, great restaurants and coffee shops, nice stores. I loved this stay, we had a great experience. Thank you! Everything was excellent: the location, the building, the room, the cleanliness, the host! Although the check-in is fully remote, the host Giorgos started helping and guiding us before our stay. The room was well decorated and had a terrace which had really good furniture. We wished that we could stay longer.
