The building was lovely and the location perfect as very near the magnificent aqueduct and old town. Very easy walk to the centre of town and to a swimming spot. The staff were friendly and informative. The room was very clean spacious and airy. The breakfast basket was superb. We also received a welcome gift of wine and a goodbye gift which was a lovely touch.

Beautiful accommodation! In an authentic style, everything is new, clean, but you are immersed in the 80s-90s. As if you are visiting your grandparents. Everything is done with high quality! There is air conditioning, a washing machine, all the amenities for living! And the view from the terrace is breathtaking! Very friendly and polite host! Helped with any questions! Who wants to feel the whole atmosphere of Greece, choose this accommodation, you will not regret it! 8 minutes walk to the center!

We enjoyed everything! The location is great.. on the beach! The hotel is exactly as it is described in the pictures! The room was clean and the water was always great! The ladies at the reception desk were so lovely and they speak a very good English so communication was great! The breakfast was delicious and plenty of options to choose from.

The hosts are extremely friendly and were available to us for literally anything we asked. The apartment is in the most beautiful part of the city, a little up the hill in the old part of the town. The view from the terrace is the most beautiful we have ever had the opportunity to see. All in all, we recommend it to everyone and we hope that we will have the opportunity to visit Kavala again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay in Nea Peramos! The apartment was perfect – it had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.
