Nice location. Comfortable and clean. I appreciated the owner talking me through getting to the property, as I was close but just barely missing the gate. The A/C was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was an easy walk to the places I visited. I would love to stay here for several days. It felt like home.

The house is very beautiful and the view is just breathtaking! We spent most of the time at the terrace of the house whenever we were there as the view to the sea and other islands is just indescribable. Semiramis (the host) was great in communication with us before the arrival and also helped us book the cars and during our stay with all great and useful tips on the beaches and tavernas. Tatiana was also great in meeting us and explaining the house and the rules and gave us a great advice on the restaurant in the port that was very good. The house is very spacious and has absolutely everything anyone may need including the detergents, games for kids and special area for them in the house, spacious and many bathrooms, shower in the garden, many seating places outside, etc. The beach down the hill from the house (literally 5 min walk) is excellent, though without any sunbeds or taverna, it is just so beautiful, peaceful and there were barely any people but us. We are definitely recommending this place to all even if you are just a small family or a couple of a group of friends, despite it is one house everyone could find own space whenever needed.

Location is excellent. This is an unpreetentious accommodation in a very good and quiet side of the island. The furniture is not the newest but the room has everything you need. Excellent value for money (price is the lowest in the area) and I am happy to have found this low budget option.Will return soon!

The apartment was extremely well equipped and thought out. It was spotlessly clean and milk, juice and eggs were provided. The apartment was less than 5 minutes to shops, restaurants and the bus stop. The ferry port was less than 10 minutes away. Communication was very effective with numerous recommendations.

The location is stanning right on one of the most beautiful beaches in Serifos. Staff was very friendly and attended to all our needs. Linen and electrical appliances were of very high quality. We had a very peaceful and memorable experience.

The Almiriki is a perfect place to stay on Serifos. The property is within a minutes walk of a beautiful beach and is 3 minutes from the centre of Livadia. Froixos, the owner, is a knowledgable and hospitable host who can’t do enough for you. The apartment is about a minutes walk from a good taverna on the beach and a bar/restaurant owned by Froixos mother Vassilia, where she is helped by sister Kalliopi. You couldn’t meet a nicer and more friendly family and they add so much to your stay. The apartments themselves are spotless, well equipped, super comfy beds, great balconies and the best shower I have ever had in any of my many stays in Greece. Will definitely be back for longer next time.

It’s a beautiful, comfortable house with nice large balcony and stunning view of the beach. The host was very nice. He greeted us at the house, shown us around and gave some good recommendations about places in the island. He even provided yoga mat, beach chairs and umbrella for us, very thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
