The apartment is very large and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The courtyard is a small paradise, full of lush green plants and with a small fountain. The hosts are nice and friendly people which made us and our cat feel welcome.

Hotel is very cosy, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is great & you have lots of options. You can have dinner for extra cost, which is also filling. Great staff: Problem solver & always positive!

The breakfast was more than enough. A lot of choices including fruits and cereal. The staff was amazing and eager to help you with whatever you need. All the staff speaks English and are happy to have a chat with you. The waiters/staff can give you a lot of recommendations on what to do on the island.

- The hosts were very welcoming and eager to help - Although we stayed in the upper floor apartment, nobody else lives there, so we had full intimacy, the hosts don't bother at all - The apartment is provided with EVERYTHING: in bathroom we had washing powder and gel, clean and fresh towels, vanity kit, first aid kit (!); in kitchen - all the cutlery, big fridge, big stove, garbage bags, olive oil, coffee, chocolates, wine and snacks from our host; the balcony is big, with enough space for drying clothes and both mountain and sea views (marvelous on sunset); the living room is very comfortable with big screen TV and music station - The pictures on booking.com are surpassed by reality (usually it's the opposite) - Every member of our family had enough space to retreat - We parked in the courtyard under grape vines, so the car stayed in the shadow all the time - The apartment is located in a very picturesque village, we could witness genuine quiet Greek countryside life (we saw a flock of sheep and goats passing in front of the gates) - There was a team of serious guardians at the location (5 cats and kittens) that expect something edible from you :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Famelia Studios Lampiris, and I must say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality from the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, very close to the beach (100m). I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

    My family and I spent 3 wanderfull days at Lazaros and Maria's house! If you'd like to feel a typically greece atmosphere this is the place. It is well equiped with everything that you may need and is perfectly clean. Lazaros and Maria welcomed us so warmly, like an old friends and made our stay unforgettable. We will come back next year for sure!

    The amability of the owner and his family who is taking care of the location. The fact that the bedsheets and towels were replaced readily every time when we requested. The nice fresh mountain air. The fact that we had a grill available for use in the yard. We had free parking spots available right in front of the location. Places to eat such as restaurants and taverns were also close by.
