Great place. Very friendly staff. The beach is nice, even though it is not sandy. The sea is warm and clean. The pools are also great. The food is the best hotel food I have ever had, 10/10. The cocktails are good in the bars. The rooms are great. There was also live music every day, a very good one. There are also water sports activities nearby. Amazing place

Clean, comfortable, with everything one needs to live, with parking. The appliances were modern, with AC, great Wi-Fi and we were provided with beach towels. The host was fabulous, very attentive and one message away from helping us at all times. This was a perfect stay, 3 minute walk from the city center, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a minimarket (literally) next door.

The location is amazing, bang in the centre of Platanias and literally at the beach. Easy taxi drive from Chania as well. The outside facilities, especially the pools, are amazing, well maintained and super clean, and great for kids. The staff was more than lovely, kind and helpful and the room was very clean. We had a lovely stay.

The buffets were amazing. We enjoyed the different theme nights where there was food from different places. There was food available all day and the free drinks included wine and cocktails. The waterslides at the back of the property were great fun. The location was great, right on the beach and main pool was fantastic. We liked the little pools and bar at the back near our appartment. Our appartment was perfect for our family of 5, each child had their own space and it was nice and cool. Great views too.

the food was good every day was something else something new it was pretty clean the room were cleaned every day except for changing the towels but if you want them clean you can leave them on the floor or ask for new one the hotel itself is really nice and big , finally the customer service was one of the best it was perfect the first day we arrived at the hotel around 2:30 am and we had a problem with our booking but Nikos Nousis was really patient with us he helped us with everything even he gave us a room to rest and told us to come back the next day he was so nice and helpful, and in the next day Alice and Dimitris were super nice and helped us through everything they even offered to upgrade our booking they kept checking on us through the whole trip if we needed anything she had an answer to every question. Thank you so much guys we really appreciate it. I really really recommend you to visit this hotel and enjoy a luxurious experience
