This is one of the most marvelous places I've ever been. Such a quiet place and extremely charming. The studios are built in a way you have privacy. The room is quite big and has everything you need. The bathroom is so beautiful and has a very nice shower. They use such great elements to make the environment more authentic. I particularly liked the old painted closets and the hammocks outside which made you feel very relaxed considering the view and the concert of the crickets. The pool (with it's view on the surrounding mountains) isn't quite big, but definitely enough for cooling down. The owner is an incredible host! He spoiled us with fresh figs, grapes, pastries. Every morning there's this friendly lady coming to ask if everything is okay and if you need something. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Absolutely loved everything about it! Also, it is an excellent location to explore the west side of Crete!

Very relaxing and quiet stay. Perfect heated pool as in May the weather was cold. Boutique family run hotel. Some rooms face inner courtyard, but you stay in your room rarely. I did not hear neighbours and there are not many rooms and I really liked it as in other hotels in Crete island I had very bad sleep (thin doors, people smoking everywhere). In this hotel there are signs that respect other guests and they did etc. Very nice breakfast as well.

Aphrodite Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Mavros Molos in Kissamos. It features a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and offers free WiFi throughout.

A wonderful hotel! Although Google Maps showed it as a two-star hotel, it definitely deserves at least four. The apartments are newly furnished with a beautiful design. Breakfast could perhaps have a bit more variety, but everything was tasty. The beach is excellent, with comfortable sunbeds, and the bar is open from early morning until late at night — something the neighboring hotel didn’t have. The apartment was perfect... Very comfortable and everything you need. It was a quiet peaceful and relaxing place to stay and only a short walk into paleochora. Our stay was comfortable and we were very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, whose location is perfect, about 3 minutes by foot to the great Pachia Ammos sand beach on one side and 2 minutes to the main commercial street of Paleochora. First of all, don’t take into account those old photos of the rooms, everything is new now, of great quality and very well thought: the room is well organized and of fair size for two people, the kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom (with the best shower I’ve seen in Crete so far), you find even some laundry soap and detergent and a plastic basin for small washings! The balcony allows for a nice rest in the evening. The WiFi and the AC are working smoothly. Everything is clean and neat and the room cleaning is done every day. Eleni, our host, was very nice and helpful overall, she guided us towards some fine restaurants, of which one is in the shared courtyard, the vegetarian Third Eye, just great. The only suggestion we have would be the introduction of a small table in the room and maybe also a chair, useful for sitting for a quick breakfast or a snack. All in all, thank you for the welcoming holiday accommodation!
