The hotel is excellent, we were in an apartment with two rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces and all for a very decent price. cleaning of the apartment and changing of towels was regular. The pool was clean, the whole place was quiet and secluded. The owners are very, very kind. I recommend this excellent hotel to everyone.

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The pool area was really lovely with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. The breakfast was very nice with a good choice each morning which could be enjoyed either indoors or outdoors with a lovely view of the pool and sea across the road. We were B&B only but we did eat in the hotel one of the evenings and the food was delicious, probably one of our favourite meals of the holiday. We also ate lunch by the pool and that was equally nice. The cocktails were very good too! The room we had was perfect for a couple but a little tight for us (couple and 17 year old). Our 17 year old was sleeping on a sofa bed that was ok but more suited to a smaller child. The room itself was very clean with everything we needed including a little kitchenette area. It was cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. We had a late flight the day we checked out but the hotel was very accommodating with a luggage room to store our bags and fresh towels provided for us to shower in the courtesy room. There is a mini market on site that has everything you might need and very competitively priced too. There isn’t a lot to see or do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel however there is a bus stop right outside the front of the hotel that takes you to Chania old town where there are an abundance of shops and restaurants. The bus can be extremely busy, especially early evening and they pack it as much as they can so be aware of this as it made for a couple of unpleasant journeys. We found the slightly later bus a better option. The journey costs just €2 per person. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again one day.

We really enjoyed our 10-day stay at Reflections Apartments at the end of July 2025. We had the top apartment with a massive terrace and breathtaking sea views. It had everything we needed – brand new appliances (including a washing machine, air-conditioning, iron, and espresso machine), plenty of towels, toilet paper, a hoover, hairdryer, decent-sized TV, Wi-Fi (not super fast, but worked fine), sunbeds on the terrace, a wardrobe, and more. Our apartment was a duplex, with the bedroom upstairs and the living area downstairs – a perfect size for our little family of three. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responded to everything we asked for on the same day.

The size of the apartment was quite big and even with the partial sea view room we felt we had an amazing view! Lovely staff all around. Recommend to eat at their restaurant as well. The private beach was just like a dream.

I had booked a room with the purpose of having an important business meeting in the afternoon and then leave. The staff let me check in two hours prior to check-in time so I had time to prepare and had even tested the wifi-connection at the room for me to make sure that it worked well, as I has spesifically asked for a room with optimal wifi (which was excellent btw). They were extremely welcoming and kind, and also offered a free drink voucher. Great greek salad in the restaurant and a nice restaurant veranda.

    The food was excellent. I was very impressed by the massive slab of raw honey comb for breakfast. The bar tender was efficient and his cocktails hit the spot. The lady at the gift store was so sweet and had some good tips. The manager of the hotel gave us an excellent authentic restaurant close by in the hills, we loved. Friendly staff and big rooms for a family of five. Entertainment was fun too.

    Communication before arrival was great, made our late arrival easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and a definite family highlight, especially the small kids area. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. Food at the pool bar and breakfast was tasty and well priced. Short walk with one road crossing to access the beach. Enough parking was available. Lovely little patio area outside our door and several friendly cats visiting. Kitchenette was minimal but sufficient.

    A very family friendly hotel with a life guard at the pool. It is in a quiet area of Stalos however still within walking distance to restaurants and beach. The reception are so very helpful.
