Amazing new hotel, everything is just so stylish and gives a nice luxe feel. The staff is great. We got our room upgraded cause it was my friend’s birthday trip, thank you so much!! The pool area with cozy beds, the private beach zone, free smoothies were brought to your sunbed. I got a really good deal for this hotel but our experience was worth much more thanks to them ;)

So many things - terrace with real grass (makes it less hot under the sun) and great sea-view< two-sidedness of the room, so we could easily keep the airflow and maintain pleasant temperature in the room without A/C. Pool is right in front of the doors, and it was nice. Room was clean with all the facilities, host was nice.

Mary is super helpful and very welcoming. She was responsive to our messages and waited for us to arrive. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There’s a little kitchen with everything needed. It was just a 2min walk to the Main Street and beach. There is also a supermarket and restaurants around the corner. The hotel also has a little parking space. We would recommend Calmare suites to everyone! Thank you for the great hospitality ☺️

Made of Blue is in a beautiful place surrounded by nature, with a lovely garden that’s perfect for children. Our children couldn’t have had more fun! They spent hours in the pool, and there’s even a bio garden where the family grow their own vegetables, which they kindly invited us to help ourselves from. What really made the stay special were Aga and Minos and their wonderful children, so warm and welcoming, and they even organised a pizza dinner for all the guests. We felt completely looked after from start to finish. Highly recommended, and if we’re ever back in Crete, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful rooms, awesome to have the outdoor jacuzzis, we spent almost all of our time in Rethymno out on the terrace just relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. It was gorgeous and there are so many exquisite details. Breakfast was also fantastic with tons of choices for all tasted and more than enough food to cover both breakfast and lunch - we weren’t hungry again until dinner!
