The staff is extremely friendly and ready to assist with any need, whether it’s recommendations for nearby excursions or special requests within the hotel. I appreciated the attention to detail and how they managed to anticipate the guests' desires. The **facilities** are excellent, with a focus on comfort and relaxation. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-maintained garden and the outdoor pool, which offer a perfect setting for moments of relaxation.
