An exceptional host.Everything was more than wonderful.The location is close to the center, everything in the apartment is new, clean and convenient.With certainty you will miss nothing, there is a kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, utensils. The atmosphere is even better that the pictures. It's absolutely worth the money. The place hasn't been made for short term rent but for own comfortable living but you see it when you get there. The OACHIC LIVING apartment is near to big supermarket, coffee and many other shops. The apartment is equipped with all you need for a short stay. Probably the newest building in Xanthi, very clean, free parking on the spot, all facilities where as described and even more. There was even an emergency kit, and products to do our laundry. And the owners where very friendly. I wouldn't look for anywhere else to stay.

    Great place for family vacation! The house is clean and comfortable for 3 families with kids. It is quite and peaceful location. There is convenient mini market 2 minutes away walking. The owner even gave us vegetables grown by him for salad. :) Everything was more than excellent!

    This place is like staying at an old family home. There is a certain charming retro feel to it. Everything is organised with care, well equipped, and very clean. The location is perfect - quiet, but only a short walk to the old town (make sure you visit the House of Shadow). No problem with parking on the street next to the house. Our host was very helpful about everything including instructions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommended.

    Our vacation at Villa Alexander was wonderful. The villa is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and is equipped with absolutely everything a family needs for a successful vacation. The hosts were very welcoming and kind. We liked the fine sand from the nearby beaches, the garden in front of the house where the children could play, and the sea view from the terrace. There is a tavern where you can eat at a 5-minute walk with delicious food. We will definitely come back next year, but this time for more nights :)

    The size of the apartment, perfect for a family of 4 ( 2 adults + 2 children). The location, not too far away from the center. The kindness and availability of the owner, it was the first time we used a boiler to heat the shower water and she/he helped us and made sure everything went well. It was very easy to park the car, we had a public parking spot just in the front of the house.
