Amazing hosts, very nice people! We could do early checkin without problems. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious, we had amazing view over the volcanos. The shared rooftop also had wonderful view over the surroundings. The shared kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty, and on the top of that it was not the same every single day!

It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and welcoming. The rooms and facilities are excellent (spacious, clean and tidy), fully-equipped kitchen, complementary coffee and towels, really comfortable beds.
