From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The hygiene was impeccable everywhere, the service flawless, and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. The entire place exudes charm, with a rustic yet refined ambiance that perfectly captures the soul of Istria. Every little detail was carefully thought out, creating a sense of comfort and serenity throughout our stay and the atmosphere like in the good old days. What was most important, our 18 month old son was extremely happy and seemed to enjoy the ambiance. The location is ideal – a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Istria, yet peaceful enough to fully relax. The surroundings are filled with the calming scents of lavender and Mediterranean herbs, immersing you in the true coastal spirit of the region. The beautiful beach called Kanegra was just a 10-minute drive away, and the hotel kindly provided us with a pass. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and generous, served in a setting that made mornings a true delight. This small but very nicely equipped room with a great interior was a magical spot to start the day. The on-site restaurant is a must – the food was phenomenal, authentic, and full of flavor. Special thanks to Aljoša, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. He and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. We received far more than we expected. This place is not just a stay, it’s an experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return!

Areal, location, swimming pools - inside and outside, great garden and jazucci. Water inside swimming pool was really amazing. Great food both in SteakHouse and Pizzeria, even the prices were higher. Nice spot for the trips around - historical Buje, close to Piran, Portoroz, Trieste.

Excellent staff! Haven’t met more polite, helpful and younger staff in a long time. In general, this hotel is out of this world, if you’re into nature and peaceful vacation no matter how long this is the place to be! Not really far away from the seaside, Rovinj or Umag, great restaurants in the area also, everything was perfect really.

Absolutely everything. Top 3 hosts I have ever had. It's so rare to find hosts who are so caring, kind, and good. Immediately after the arrival we were treated with homemade beverages.The surrounding of the place looks magical! I would love to spend more time there. Klunj home is the best place for anyone who love authentic nature and needs real time for relaxation, especialy for familly with kids. We found all we needed. The house is verry good equipated. Do not bring toys because they have allot of toys for boys and girls 😁 🤩. Our little girls (5 and 7) enjoyed the tree house and all the place. The owner is verry kind and present for any question. For us it was beyond expectation! I highly recomend Klunj home. 🥰
