This remote holiday house is perfect for those who enjoy to be far off from touristy spots in Croatia - all the little extras (pool, jacuzzi, billard, kicker) never got the family bored. The 20 min drive to the next city is convenient. We used this place to explore Istria.

The service was very good. The employees are very cultured and very understanding. The hotel is very nice in a good location, 5 minutes from the promenade by the sea. The interior is made as historical, which makes you feel as if you are in the past. We were very surprised at how much choice of food there was for breakfast and dinner, which was very tasty. We would go to the same place again.

If I could sum it up in one sentence – this was the best vacation of my life. The hotel provides a level of service that always exceeds expectations. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with excellent soundproofing, all the essentials you might need, and an efficient air-conditioning system. Food deserves special thanks to the hotel team. The selection is outstanding, catering to every taste – everything is incredibly fresh, from fruits to desserts. The spacious dining halls with sea views make every meal a delight. Room service could offer a slightly wider menu, but delivery is impressively fast. As for the staff – every single person is professional, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. A special thanks to the management for creating such a high standard of hospitality. Parking. The hotel has a large public parking area nearby, but since the street is narrow, spots fill up quickly. I recommend using the hotel’s underground parking. It is tight, so if you don’t have much driving experience, it’s best to let the staff park the car for you (they kindly do this free of charge). Beach. The location is breathtaking – right on the seafront, with a private beach, crystal-clear water, and amazing marine life for snorkeling. In addition to the private beach, there’s also a pool and access to several public beaches nearby. Infrastructure. Opatija itself is a gem – a charming blend of Austrian, Italian, and Croatian architecture. The city center is beautiful, perfect for strolling and relaxing, with plenty of seaside restaurants. There are also shops, a market, and supermarkets (though parking in town can be a challenge). Prices are, of course, on the “touristy” side. In summary: we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel, the beautiful city of Opatija, and Croatia.

The location is great. It's not the city center so you have private parking, it's quiet, has a balcony and is nice and roomy. Also, the owners are exeptionally welcoming and nice people

Nicely furnished modern apartment, quality linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, good air conditioning. Very good location near the beach but quieter. Good daily tips for sights, restaurants, etc. Helpful, accommodating staff. Free parking for one car next to house.

Very nice, well equipped modern apartments in the perfect condition with spectacular view. Clean and cosy. The hospitable hostess provided us with all necessary information for our comfortable stay. The apartment is excellent, spacious, very clean and in a good location. Staying with a baby (like we did) requires a higher standard and the apartment fulfills them all. Hosts Marina and Damir were excellent and very informative. Communication with them went smoothly.

The owner and the host Mrs. Lilli were friendly, helpful and fulfill all our wishes. The apartment was very clean, we found everthing we need, the rooms were warm and we had a garden for our dog. No extra fee for a dog was generous and our whole stay was extraordinary.
