Good clear & helpful information from the start ! Lovely quiet area ! Parking right outside the front of the property! Beautiful cared for accommodation! All very clean & tidy ! Good bathroom , come bed , a few items to make basic meals which is perfect, most important is a good fridge which was there ! Lovely friendly hosts , great breakfast, filling & variety! A cosy comfortable place , good seating in the inclosed courtyard! Some neat touches of the past from local area ! This house is truly a little gem and as such offers delightful surprises. Really comfortable bed and a small fake fireplace in the room which gives it a really impressive atmosphere. We spent there only a night but everything was excellent. Beautiful both house and garden with a special atmosphere. Steps were maybe too steep for old people but our kids (cca 10 years old) were all right with it.

Very close to Sonetherme Lutzmannburg, clean, big, nice apartment with great terrace. The parking is a plus. The host is a lovely lady, very helpful and understanding. We asked if she can help us with some coffe in the morning (there was a coffee machine in the apartment, but no coffee) and she ran at her place and bring us hot coffee in 10 min ❤️ Excellent price for what you get. The place has also a nice green yard. All in all, it’s a great deal!

Absolutely fairytale like environment! Rooms were great and comfortable for a little family of 4 in a quadruple room wìth a little kitchenette inc.: micro and fridge. There were also some playgrounds within the property for children which was a nice touch and very useful for a family of 4. The breakfast was amazing with continental elements and scrambled eggs. Also, the lady was really nice and helpfull all the way! I would absolutely recommend to people who are staying in the Szombathely -Sarvar -Koszeg -Sonne Therme and Bukkfurdo area, it's just in the middle of this area.
