I spent a single night in the Szamos building. A few years ago, the hotel and restaurant were renovated from a complex of old industrial buildings. They are in excellent condition, have an extensive internal parking area, are nicely furnished, and are well-equipped. The hotel is like a modern hunting resort, with several graphics, paintings, and statues depicting hunting and game.

The cottage had everything you need for cooking and relaxing, the owner thought of everything and a nice bonus was the refreshments in the fridge, fruit and small snacks. There is a hot tub, sauna, boat, grill, fireplace and kettle available. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn't miss anything during our stay.

The place it self is very nice and clean. Beds was comfortable. 10 stars for host Bence who agreed to wait for us till 23.00 since we stuck on Ukrainian-Hungerian boarder. Highly recommend for travellers like us who travel from Ukraine to Europe through Hungry. Place is very good and located close to boarder check point. Bence is very nice and easy assessable by messenger here or phone. At morning you can also have good breakfast that is extra pay but really not expensive. Host speaks English and russian. Thank you for hospitality!
