Good location near Lipah beach and many local restaurants. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. The best part about it though is the host, Mark, who takes you into the surrounding hills/villages each morning for a walk if you are interested. Definitely recommend that.

Loved my stay! The family that manage the villas are wonderful..so friendly and helpful 😀 And not forgetting their Dog 'Molly' 😀 The room was very clean and breakfast was such a nice touch in the mornings eating from the terrace 😀

A very cozy place with a wonderfully authentic vibe. The staff is friendly, and everything is spotlessly clean. The villas are made entirely of wood — even the doors and all the furniture! It feels truly traditional and charming. Right behind the pool, there’s a shallow area in the sea with beautiful fish and coral reefs, perfect for exploring. If you wish, the hotel can organize a snorkeling tour for you. They’ll take you by boat to three different spots where you can comfortably admire marine life and underwater sights. Equipment rental is also available, which is super convenient. Breakfasts are delicious, though not overly varied. Overall, it’s an amazing hotel, and I’d happily return here again. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay, both the Anda Amed and the little area around. Lovely large villa overlooking the pool and ocean, stunning gardens, comfy beds, huge lounging space on the balcony (great place to take meals), good kitchen facilities (was nice to have a morning of self catering as a change from the Bali brekkys, as lovely as they are), staff very attentive and kept our room super clean every day. The area around (actually Bununtan, which is east of Amed) is fantastic. Much more walkable than other parts of Bali we visited. We had a couple of great meals at the Anda itself (excellent smoothie bowl), but there are so many options nearby - Gusto next door is superb; Warang Sabar a few hundred metres away also delicious and amazing value. Then there's a mini mart and chemist super close making things very convenient. Lipah beach is a 10-15min walk, but for better snorkeling go to 'Wayan Snorkeling' which is 5 mins walk, access through Puri Wirata. Can snorkel there for great fish views, or take a boat trip to turtle point (we saw 5 turtles). Amed is a very relaxing, lovely place and Anda Amed is an excellent place to be!

We booked a 2-bedroom villa with a garden view. The villa was perfectly clean, huge, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a large kitchen. The terrace was absolutely perfect - a huge area for having a rest. The staff was very nice and polite. Helpful at any time. Originally we booked this villa for 3 nights only however, the area, accommodation and pool were so stunning, that we decided to extend our stay by 3 more nights. The pool was very clean and nice to swim in (1st half of the pool has shallow water - safe for children, the 2nd half of the pool has 1.8m depth). The garden is amazing. Wifi, air-conditioning, fans - working perfectly. Cleaning every day. Accommodation is just a few minutes of walk to very nice restaurants - we recommend Cafe Peoplepoint for meals and drinks. Lipah Beach is a nice and safe place for snorkelling with kids. We saw nice fishes and turtles as well. The medical centre (English-speaking doctor) is 3 minute walk from the villa. Laundry, supermarket, SPA almost the next door. Welcome drinks were waiting for us in the fridge. I highly recommend this villa for a stay. Everything was perfect.

We had a great time in Amed staying at this hostel and here is why: - very clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view in mount Agung. - super easy to rent a scooter to explore the surroundings and beaches. Close to pyramid beach where we saw turtles while snorkeling! The 2 other beaches nearby are very good for snorkeling. With the scooter we went to see viewpoints Bukit Cinta and Lahangan Sweet. - Breakfast was included and was very good. Bananapancakes of omelette with fruit, coffee. Water is free to fill. - They helped us with so many things and they invites us to join the full moon ceremony of the village which was a great experience. - friendly and sweet family - price quality 11/10
