We had the chance to stay 4 nights at Thalassa with our two children (Villa Ginseng). We absolutely loved exploring Manado and its surroundings and introducing the whole family to snorkeling in a breathtaking setting, all perfectly organized by the resort team. Everything was simply fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, the surroundings were stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. A flawless experience from start to finish!

Great concept, clean and lovely staff. Has all the amenities you would need and is a great base to travel around the area. Good AC and also a big window for fresh air. We stayed 3 times to reset between exploring and loved it so much we kept coming back.

Very clean, smiling, supportive staff, great location. Breakfast was more Asian style but still very tasty. Very good value for money, highly recommend!

The staff were so attentive and pleasant. They really made us feel welcome and t home. The dive staff were highly professional - we decided not todice at another resort due to their professionalism so we were really pleased and had a high degree of confidence

One of the better hotels in manado. We had very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful and kind, especially front desk and restaurant ❤️ Would we come back? Definitely yes. Well worth money spent.

It was one of the best breakfast we've had, a lot of options on local food and the Christmas cookies was the best! Hotel staffs from check in, room boy, restaurant were helpful and always smile. Room, bathroom and toilet are clean. Water runs fine for wash dishes and shower. Free drink water is so good. Plenty of parking spots and hotel is accessible from the city central.
