Staff were very friendly and the hotel is well located for attractions. 24 hour reception very helpful. Travelling with husband and three daughters. Short walk to Jalan Maliboro and within walking distance of sultan palace. Tea and water in reception nice touch and breakfast good. The super friendly staff make this a great place to stay.

The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful. We even got some homemade sweets and helped us with the laundry. The garden is beautiful and there is a private terrace where we could enjoy our tea and relax.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful. I was stung by a bee at one of the temples and had a delayed reaction. They took me to the hospital, helped translate and helped with everything. They were fantastic. Apart from that, the food was great, the bungalows were gorgeous. I'd read that there were lots of mosquitos but didn't see many.

    I'm happy to stay at The Volter Yogyakarta. The very friendly service makes me and my family comfortable in this villa. The atmosphere of the interior and exterior design is very beautiful. The facilities, including amenities, bathrooms, a large TV, firepit, and a restaurant space that we can use as a family room, make me comfortable. We are happy and satisfied with our stay at The Volter Yogyakarta The food and drinks are delicious, especially the oxtail soup and coffee.
