The building is a marvellous traditional wooden building. The staff are wonderful. Beds huge and super comfortable. They have a gymnasium! They have lovely garden and great rice paddy views. The food was traditional Indonesian food and was excellent. Air con was great. Rooms are huge. The place is a real hidden little gem.

I had a truly wonderful time. The family is absolutely lovely, warm, kind, and always willing to help. Staff were really friendly and welcoming they made sure I had everything I need for my stay. The owner also gave me opportunities to meet his friends and family and also to teach at a local school which was a great experience. I would highly recommend muni’s bungalows( one in masbagik or lendang belo) for both family and solo travellers. His English was very good which made the stay even more nice, he offered me tea and coffee everytime I saw him, which went well with his delicious breakfast.

Fathul is probably the nicest host we have ever met. He was super helpful with organizing trips and experiencing local customs, showed us around in the garden and he makes a killer breakfast. The rooms are new and therefore clean and located in the middle of the rice fields. We highly recommend.

My stay with Ika and Egi was one of the best experiences through all my travels in Indonesia. They created a beautiful place that looks like a dream and feels like home at the same time. The bungalow was very clean and has everything you need. The bed comfortable, and has a mosquito net which is good considering it is a timber bungalow. The view was amazing, this is a great place to stay if you are wanting something quiet and in nature. Don’t come here expecting a touristy town. It is located in a village, which i really enjoyed exploring. There is waterfalls and rice fields. Also the black monkey forest is just up the road. The locals are very nice and helpful. You can hire scooter, but I didn’t, was able to easily explore just walking around. I ate at the bungalow for both breakfast and dinner, you can order through WhatsApp’s and there bring it to your balcony. DELICOUS. Breakfast was nice but the highlight was dinner (I had the egg curry!! Also tried the fried pineapple)

This truly is the perfect hideaway in the jungle! Serene view from the balcony, a comfortable big bed, the shower is very enjoyable, the staff is so friendly and makes you feel like family. All the food here is amazing and it’s very close to all the fun activities you can enjoy in this beautiful village. Best place we’ve stayed at in Indonesia!
