Rooms were very clean, comfortable and well-appointed - we loved the long bay window couch. Swimming pool was a great place to relax. The area around the hotel offers easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, spas. It was easy to get a Grab when we wanted to go someplace further. But the best part of the stay had to be the staff. All of them - from the receptionists to the waiters to the staff in the lobby - were excellent, unfailingly helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast service was very prompt and thoughtful - when the staff saw our baby making a mess they were quickly on hand to help us.

The staff were lovely! They were so friendly and really put u at ease.. from the front receptionists to the waitresses at the restaurant and the live band during dinner. I really enjoyed myself. If I recall correctly their lovely staffs were Ayu, Kay and Natalia! Kudos to them for a great job! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼 oh.. and the breakfast set was enjoyable and BBQ dinner was lovely.

    Hotel provide pick up at Sekupang Ferry when we arrive late for their shuttle bus time. Staffs are very friendly and responsive to my request. Pool can provide a lot of fun for kids almost for the whole day if sunny. Good place for family just to relax over the weekend. I also like the refreshment lounge for check-in guests. Internet coverage is pretty good within the resort. Very convenient from waterfront ferry station.

    Variety of dining options within the resort. Chinese restaurant was excellent, terrace cafe had good options as well. Swimming pool was cozy. Shuttle service was excellent and Driver Abang Suyono was super understanding and helpful with our large group of kids. Holiday Inn Batam is a very family-friendly place and we enjoyed it a lot.

    The staff are friendly, good customer service! The size of family room is good. Surprise performance by staff during breakfast time was pleasant. The pool is big and fun for the kids and family. Table tennis is fun but need to change the rackets.

    The hotel is clean, well maintained & the staff were exceptionally friendly. Great service by the staff. Food selection for the breakfast was great also. Spa facility was great also, family loved the service there. The Dino kids room was good also, my kid enjoyed playing on the slides & rocking chairs.
