Ocean Paradise was very clean, the Wifi was always top notch. The staff members are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. It is a perfect place for someone, who wants to enjoy their holiday in a quiet enviroment.

The location is really beautiful with stunning vistas on each side. The family running the accommodation are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The place is a perfect little peaceful retreat in nature and very close to a lot of the waterfalls and other tourist attractions of north Bali.

Our family of five (including three teenagers) had the most amazing time at Villa Markisa. The accommodation is clean and comfortable with modern amenities, very nice temperature and reliable wifi. We had all dinners and breakfasts at the villa which was definitely a highlight. Crepes, assorted fresh fruit and coffee set us up perfectly for an active day trip exploring Sepumpal Waterfall (best in Bali!) all organised by Patrick the amazing host. Dinners consisted of the best authentic Balinese cuisine with pristine views of the countryside. Pool and massages fantastic too! An unexpected addition was a walking tour through the neighboring jungle area with Patrick explaining the local plants and practices, including a visit to the farmer's palm distillery and sample of the produce. Thank you for sharing your private oasis with us Patrick, we wish we could have stayed longer but am certain we will return.

Barb and Dave were excellent hosts, so welcoming and down to earth... and the Balinese staff were so kind and helpful. I loved everything... beautiful location surrounded by nature, beautiful room with an amazing bathroom. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting a getaway from the hussle and bustle of south Bali

First of all, Kadek and his lovely family will make you, not only feel welcomed, but more like a member of their family 😍 they’ll go beyond to help you either with transportation, activities, cleanings, etc… You’ll be in a high hill in middle of jungle with beautiful rice fields step down the homestay. ASTONISHING! We got so lucky, the next day of arrival, there were a huge Hindu ceremony where every inhabitants from different villages came to celebrate it. Kadek and his family took my fiancé and I with them. We were the only (with another French girl) foreigners. They dressed us up with their own costumes, taught us rituels, made sure we feel good… surrounded by thousands of devoted. What an experience! They even taught me how to cook a dishes that I felt in love with. Showed us every waterfalls around, brought us to water sliding and jumping (so much fun)… Yes, you’ll have Internet! Wifi works quite well but of course sometimes it cuts off (hey you’re in jungle!). However, it won’t cut off too long so no worry at all. Rooms are very basic but comfortable. Bed is so comfy. Mosquitos Nets on top but honestly, not sure if it was because of our time period, but we haven’t seen any 😁 Great food! with breakfast included it’s a steal Lunch and dinner are cheap and sooo delicious. You don’t need to go anywhere to get well fed. Go if: - you’re looking for real Balinese experience - you want to be surrounded by astonishing landscapes - into delicious meals - real true pure kindness - relax, silence and reconnecting to powerful nature Don’t go if: - you’re into modern world - parties - 5* standards

Very privat, nice villa. Very attentiv staff that really makes the effort for you. They make your holiday great! Very comfortable, you can get food and drinks to the villa aswell as a good massage. Very affordable Wifi was good.

We had the most amazing stay! Everything was exceptional. The villa had everything you could possibly want or need. The staff are amazing. The meals were very reasonably priced, cooked in-house, and tasted amazing! Amazing guide book filled with ideas for local trips which the staff were happy to organise. We had an amazing massage while watching the stunning sunset over our pool. Would have stayed forever if we could.

excellent atmosphere, smiling and helpful personnel. We were lucky enough to have hotel without almost any visitors, room (actually small house) was fantastic. Must try is tomato soup from restaurant, it’s just perfect.

This is an absolutely stunning unique villa!! We stayed in Damuh Alam and it couldn't have been more perfect. The room was private, spacious and just so beautiful. The pool is clean, and the view of the jungle.... Speechless. I put a picture of the sunset view from the bed. And thank you so much Madi for making the stay even better, you're awesome!
