The staff service was exceptional. Made a comment that it's our honeymoon and the staff made an effort to make a new welcome sign on the mirror, and the swan was the best we seen around. Room ambience was great and very clean too, our room have good view of the airplane taking off too! Bed was extremely comfy with bolsters! Our hair dryer stop working halfway, and they were quick to resolve it

We arrived in this hotel because we were left stranded by a flight company; they even spontaneously and we were looking for a place to spend the night in the vicinity of Yogyakarta airport. If you find yourself in this need, then this midrange Novotel is the best you can wish yourself. The structure is new, the rooms ample, well furnished, comfortable and silent, breakfast is excellent and there is a good restaurant on the last floor with nice vistas from the terraces, a spa and a nice swimming pool (a bit shallow, but perfect to refresh yourself). Finally, the personell is extremely kind and makes you feel at home.

An out of city location with serene and peaceful views. The hotel wasn't a large operation, but that made it all the more special for the graceful attention that was lavished on us. The breakfast and dinner offerings were more than adequate, and carefully prepared by our friendly hosts who had a very good command of English. We had only two nights available to us in Bandung, but our stay here felt much longer than that. We would make a point of repeating our visit here next time we return to this area.

It's the people that make this place special. The hosts are one of the warmest, kindest and most welcoming and helpful people that we met in Indonesia. They speak English so the communication is easy, you can always get good advice from them. They also showed us around the neighbourhood, forest and rice field which was a memorable experience. Thank you again for everything! The breakfast was good. We were also able to rent a scooter for a very good price. Another special thing about this place is the house that is beautifully designed and painted. The location is a bit far from the city, but it's in the nice village street, surrounded by rice fields and forests.

It is such a beautiful and quiet place! The staff is very nice and we also liked the food in the restaurant and the breakfast a lot! There are some cute cats and dogs. The room was very big, nice and clean.
