SingaporeThe staff at this hotel are exceptional. While their English is limited, they can communicate with you and always trying to make you stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, it is near the airport, which is convenient if you have an early morning flight. This is one of the better places to stay in Waingapu

New ZealandThe staff at Cemara were incredible. They greeted us with juice and farewelled us with bracelets. They were helpful with any questions, and provided us with a scooter, snorkel and yoga mat upon request. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind - they went above and beyond.
The location is fantastic, right on the beach and great swimming at high tide. Snorkelling was only 50m out from the shore and there is a cool waterfall was about 45 minutes (by scooter) down the road.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was well priced and we had a decent breakfast. There was always complimentary bottled water!
Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay at Cemara.

Very sad hotel, we asked to be moved in a „cheaper“ room in the groundfloor because we have a baby and it would have been easier to move around. They could not do this initially, finally partially they moved us for 2 days ( we had 3 days booked ). There was no refund or any compensation about this.
Definitely not suitable for families with kids, very poor breakfast, and no shuttle service to the city.
