It is about 8 miles from a town but there are amenities about 1 mile away. There are 3 rooms to relax in with plenty of seating. Particularly liked the rear room which is glass to 2 sides and looks onto a forest. Dining tables in the kitchen and extension room at the back make great alternatives. The owners made sure we were settled and happy and brought freshly made cakes which were delicious 😋

The location is absoultely fabulous. You are right in the Coomeragh mountains and at the same time really close to Dungarvan and to the beach. The views at the property are stunning. The hosts is so kind and so accomodating. The house has absoultely everything you could need or want. This property is an absoulte gem. It is also really Versatile because it is near so many different activities and atractions. Also the property is fully accesible to People in wheelchairs. I highly recommend this property

I have stayed three times now and can not fault it. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, food is fabulous (breakfast and evening tapas) and staff are so friendly especially Caroline who was always so accommodating and flexible on all stays. Would highly recommend and great value for money.
