beautiful location and view. very friendly and professional staff. on our arrival we were not pleased with the comfort of the bed and were immediately approached by Less with 2 other options of which we picked one in which we stayed and enjoyed the rest of our stay. all the hotel staff is super professional and willing to help. they resolve any problem or request in minutes. Great rooms, on the ground floor, were so comfortable. Staff were happy to accommodate requests, and provide vegan options at breakfast and dinner. Super comfortable chairs and sofa in suites. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the Jacuzzi bath was a great, luxury addition. Maura, the other reception staff and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and were happy to accommodate our requests. The Ivy Lounge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff there were professional and efficient, and attentive without being fussy. Our party included 1 vegan, and we tried most items on the menu during our stay. All our choices were very good. Will definitely recommend to friends and would love to stay there again.
