The hotel has a very warm, welcoming feel. The staff have big smiles. It is a quiet place to unwind in a fairly remote spot. Nice big rooms and beds, a lounge, a library, and other rooms to relax in. The food was excellent, too.

Absolutely lovely owner who was happy to share some tips about where to take a morning walk. Fresh baked scones in the morning were lovely!

The views from the garden and around in the area are great. Nice areas for easy walks nearby. Very comfortable and spacious guest lodge. Pet-friendly (would have brought our dog)

The surroundings were beautiful. There was three donkeys in the front garden to welcome us with big smiles. The fire was lit before we arrived which was one of the best things about the house and the welcome. Fresh scones for all guests along with a bottle of wine, apples to feed the donkeys and timeout chocolate bars in the fridge. Very homely and cosy house and the whole setting was just heart warming. Only 20 minutes to Rosaveel port which brings you out to the Aaron Islands. We went out there on the Sunday and had the best time on the bikes exploring. Great location and great hosts.
