The breakfast was really super good and really well prepared! There were several exciting dishes on the morning menu that I have not seen before and they just tasted so good. Beautiful large rooms that were tastefully decorated. Nice living rooms where you could sit and talk, have a cop of coffee. The host Connie and his father were so incredibly helpful and took their time. Very informative about what we should see and where we could have dinner. You really felt welcome here!! The place is perfectly located for a trip to the Ring of Kerry, The Peninsular and Killarney National Park. If I pass by again, I am 120% sure that I will choose Cloghan Lodge

John's Home from Home was one of the best places we have stayed at this summer. The house is beautiful and very spacious with a special reading room, dining room and a big kitchen to enjoy with your family. The house was warm and cozy enough that you spend hours just chilling in the reading room with a book or have a Sunday roast with the family in the bug kitchen. 10/10 would come again

The location was perfect for our stay in Kerry. When the sun shone we were able to make use of the nice garden furniture. When it turned colder at night the storage heaters provided ample heat. The cooker was easy to use and the shower was good. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and provided use with some nice extras - eggs and scones! Lovely.

We stayed one in this hotel and we had a great time! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable and very clean; the breakfast was very good with tea, coffee, jam, bread, croissant, bacon, eggs, porridge, fruit, ham, scusate and cheese. Highly recommended
