A very clean and spacious house, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well-equipped and both the WiFi and TV streaming services were speedy. Located a few minutes easy drive from Donegal town center. Patricia was a fabulous host, very responsive and proactive with many recommendations about area sights, activities and restaurants.

We arrived on the early evening of New Year's Eve and having called basically every restaurant in town, and in the surrounds, we were resigned to having takeaway for dinner, as everything was fill. Then Mike, the owner's husband, made a quick call to friends and they squeezed us into their restaurant (and even gave us a discount). Fantastic! Geraldine and Mike were lovely - friendly and helpful. Easy parking right outside, and a very comfortable stay. The hotel is just over the river from the town, making it quiet, yet only about 2 minutes walk into the main street. Good breakfast in the morning, after which we had time to walk around town without pressure to check out.

It was so close to the town. Able to walk in and takes a fee minutes. Staff where lovely. Rooms where spacious and clean.

Food was amazing (bar, restaurant and breakfast). A good variety at breakfast buffet and a chef to make extra stuff request. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good. Food tasted brilliant and great service. Place had a reasobably large grounds to explore. Car is better to explore nearby areas. The lough nearby was good (saw some people kayaking there) but not sure if we could have taken a boat there.
