This was an absolutely amazing stay! The view from our room was simply breathtaking - like a perfect picture. The hosts were so friendly; they truly made us feel at home. Great room and bathroom, absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with lots of space for putting away your things. The B&B is located in the center of the village, very close to the bus stop and to all the hiking trails. Theresa is very welcoming and prepares a very nice full Irish breakfast every day which gives you plenty of energy to go discover this beautiful region. Kilcar is nice, and although there is no restaurant there is a take away place and a mini markt for basic things. Plus there are three nice pubs! One of the best place we have been to during our stay in Ireland, we definitely recommend!

Such a lovely little spot. Very comfortable and peaceful and only a few minutes walk into the village. A great wee base for a few days exploring round this beautiful area. Hosts very very kind and helpful.

It was really nice and quiet. You have a great view to the sea. Sometimes you can see dolphins swimming nearby. We unfortunately haven’t seen some. The house is very well equipped. In the kitchen you can find everything you need. Even as it is self catering there was butter, milk and jam in the fridge. There is no oven in the hose, but a double air frier. Nearby the Haus is a beautiful place wis some cliffs, where you can sit an look for the waves or seabirds.

Set back in a beautiful, peaceful location close to the Blue Flag Fintra Beach. The cottage has everything you will need for an extremely comfortable stay, and if wifi is something you require, a perfect high-speed system is available to connect to, with access to Netflix and more. A sun room with the background sound of the stream outside, a fantastic lounge with comfy seats, and a stone floored kitchen with a rocking chair, and even a small dog bed for our Lucy, who loved her stay.
