The bed was comfy, the room clean and quiet, the ensuite shower room with spacious and clean. The staff were welcoming and brought in a tea tray for us before breakfast which was delicious. A modernised good old fashioned bed and breakfast which are difficult to find.

Fantastic property, which was very clean, accessible and of very high standard. Great location for exploring the Limerick area.     It was very cosy and homely. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fabulous both at breakfast and dinner. Very family friendly too.

    Family run hotel. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast which is so rare to find in hotels nowadays. The friendliest staff I have encountered for years. We also had dinner one evening. Excellent simple menu and very reasonably priced.

    Rebecca was brilliant to sort out a room and update me promptly that I could get into about 1.30 am due to flight and drive from Cork, for a funeral a few hours later that morning. Was a big relief to know I could get in at that time
