The house is right in the center of Tel Aviv and almost all the touristic centers are half an hour away on foot maximum.also almost all bus lines pass close to the house,the train station is 15 minutes away even though we walked with baby stroller - a great convenience to go to Jerusalem and the airport.unfortunately if you come on Shabbat, the train and bus do not work and the taxi brings about 100 shekels,we came cheaper by using a shared taxi.Orly is one of the most helpful and hospitable hosts I have ever met,she answered all our questions and solved our problems instantly.

Everything was excellent. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The stuff was super nice and very friendly. They offered us extra service that wasn’t included in the price like a light dinner in the lounge on the last floor and also the breakfast (we didn’t stay for the breakfast so I don’t know how it was but the light dinner was very good). Our room was on one of the last floors and the view was very nice by night. There is also a small pool on the last floor. The location is very strategic too because you’re relatively close to Tel Aviv and to the Ben Gurion airport (you need a car to get to both). Also there is a huge mall just 5 min walking. We will definitely come back in this hotel if we need to stay in Tel Aviv area.

The hotel/hostel is excellent and it is very clean. It has parking. The bed was comfortable and the AC was great. It has a 24/7 supermarket close by. You can pay for breakfast or cock your food. It has a laundry that you can use for 15 nis for the washing machine (they have soap), and 10 nis for the dryer, which we loved since it was very hard to find a self-service laundry in Tel Aviv. They helped us to reserve a tour and the hotel has a nice cafeteria.

Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv City Center is one of the most modern hotels. Set next to Azrieli shopping centre, it offers unique rooms with views of the city.

- The rooms were comfortable and very clean - Breakfast service was superb and food was fresh, delicious and abundant - we had access to the business lounge that was always quiet, private and inviting with delicious warm supper served daily. As well as condiments and beverages that were available throughout the day. BUT, the highlight of our stay was definitely the welcoming and friendly staff that stopped at nothing to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and satisfying as possible! Thank you so much - Brandon, Shelley, Medea, Alexander the barista, Eve and the rest of the wait staff, Amara fron reception, and of course, Barak the concierge! Apologies to all those we didn't mention - you were all AMAZING! There was one instance where our aircon didn't work properly, within less than 12hrs we were upgraded to a suite without any problems or hassles. We would like to mention that this hotel was hosting refugees from the conflict zones and we noticed that they were treated with so much respect and understanding by the hotel and its staff - well done!
