It is a nice quiet place with a lot of greenery. the rooms are clean and spacious with a little sit out under the trees to enjoy a cup of tea. The staff are very polite and helpful. Safe place with security which is great if you are travelling with family including kids running around.

Lovely apartment 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Good shower. Dining area and lounge area also a roof top terrace with wooden tables and chairs to sit . All very nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Brilliant value for money.

The host Ravi is very helpful and cares about giving the best experience to each of his guests. His house is well maintained and clean. The staff is also very helpful.

I stayed at Mel Vil before and after Medical Surgery and was met and looked after very well by the owner his family, who live on property. The apartment and property are very clean and well looked after. The apartment was roof top with elevator access and was spacious and comfortable with two AC units cooling the mail living area. I needed just one at low setting. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is central to Pondicherry. I was very well looked after there and will stay again when I return next year.

We loved the friendliness and quiet efficiency of the staff. The hotel kept the intimacy and coziness of the family home that it once was. The restaurant - breakfast and supper - was excellent - the best food we had in our time in India.
