This place was everything we hoped for and more: really close to the Golden temple and other central places. The shower was great and had hot water and we even got a heater, coming in the cold winter. Arsh, the owner was so friendly and welcoming and helped us so much with recommendations and booking a taxi to the Pakistan border for the change of shifts ceremony and to the bus station. We will definitely stay in here again when we come back and highly recommend it!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. From the moment we arrived Kanwar and his staff made us feel at home. We arrived at 1am to an amazing welcome and the best meal provided by the staff. It was my parents first time in India and Kanwar and his staff made them feel completely at home. The hotel rooms are first class with beautiful decor and all the amenities you need. We were in Amritsar for my wedding and the stay at Victorian elegance is one of the highlights of our trip.
