Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

    The breakfast spread was fantastic. The entire crew of the restaurant was so warm and friendly in their demeanor. Hats off to the Chef who was always obliging to my children's out of menu requests.The promoters were out of this world and so approachable. Every interaction with them made us realise this enterprise of theirs was more than just a business set up, for them it was an ever growing family. We arrived as guests and left as family.

    Almost everything was really nice. Staff was very good.. Guy called Debo was extremely helpful. Breakfast spread is really nice and good quality. We booked combination of family room, deluxe and cosy.. All were good size, neat and clean. The rooms were cleaned every single day. They were kind enough to give complementary warm milk for kiddo. Highly recommend for families, see If you can take the family room for bit extra space.

    Conveniently located on main Candolim road and within a couple of minutes’ drive to the beach. Properly has good amenities. Pool with slides and kids activities room are a plus for families with kids. Breakfast was good as well. Staff is friendly and always eager to help. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

    Very good property in all aspects. kid friendly, lot of open area. Service is too good. every morning the owner Mr Shelly Gonsalvez and his Son Royston checking with guests on their stay is quite nice n humble. location is perfect, breakfast option is wide with varieties and is delicious. will recommend this property for families and couples. Overall, very happy with the stay and service.
