The staff were efficient, helpful, and very pleasant. We were met by Kapil at the reception. He processed our booking and very kindly accompanied us to our room. My mother is infirm and elderly. He helped her to the room. Offered a wheelchair and offered to provide anything we needed.

Our room was nothing short of spectacular—immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window of [mention any landmarks or scenery] was breathtaking. Every little detail, from the plush towels to the high-end toiletries, made us feel pampered. The hotel amenities exceeded expectations. We loved the rooftop pool, which offered both relaxation and amazing city views. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the on-site spa treatments, which were the perfect way to unwind. Dining was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered an array of delicious options, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
