The property was good and well maintained. Location of resort was also good. The resort is hidden jem. Food was awesome and superb and choices in the buffet were many. Food quality was also good. All staff members are amazing. They are very helping and kind and pleasing, Specially pooja is very helping and kind. Pooja treated us like a family member.

We were refused the accommodation even though it was booked many months back and we had a confirmation email with dates and rooms booked. I will be filing a complaint to booking.com as well. It was very disappointing to know just before the day when we had everything else planned. Very inconvenient for a family of 6 especially when travelling from overseas.

From the outset, Mr. Bipin personally assisted us with preparations, including booking two safari trips at Jim Corbett National Park, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience. Upon our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who treated us like family throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and flexibility, particularly regarding meal arrangements tailored to our preferences, made us feel truly valued guests. My wife cherished her conversations with Mrs. Jankee, while my son was captivated by the luxurious tented rooms, which were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The property's idyllic location near the river provided stunning sunset views and abundant opportunities for birdwatching, a highlight of our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Pawan, who took us for a walk near the river and shared his extensive knowledge of birds, much to my son's delight. Corbett Nature Retreat offers exceptional value for money and comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat near Jim Corbett National Park.
