First and foremost, the exceptional service of the Duty Manager - Swami and his entire team..The consistency in following up and assuring things would be taken care of and ensuring it was done, is what was a game changer... There was some incorrect information on Booking.com with regards to the room that we booked. Upon addressing this to the staff, I would like to mention how this was verified and handled by the staff.. Our stay was made very comfortable and I would most definitely recommend this to my family and friends.. Our special thanks to Swami and his team - Anupam, Aditya and the rest of the team. Special mention to the Restaurant Manager - Mukesh Yadav and his staff Prashant, Daniel, Sohail, Vikram and rest of the team. Very clean and good facilities. The room is small but has a good bathroom. Large windows which makes it feel larger. Good shared space between three rooms on each floor with a balcony and table.
