Great hotel, beautiful facilities, stunning pool. The staff were super attentive and very helpful. Breakfast included was fresh, fast and in an abundance. Location was good but out of main town area which makes for a peaceful stay. Lobster and mocktails a bonus!

We loved our stay. Its a great location close to Aberdeen Pier for boats to Ross Island and close to shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped with our laundry and boat trip. The food next door was delicious and the room was comfortable with a great view over the sea.

Fantastic family run guesthouse/homestay, with clean rooms, along with very helpful staff! stayed here for 8 nights, and the family who run the place treat you as part of their own family, always checking if you are ok/need anything, sorting out all airport transfers, ferry, taxi, rickshaw and water sport bookings (for very good rates so you don’t get ripped off!). Relative to other guesthouses I have been to on my travels in India, I found the rooms to be clean, spacious and were mosquito free (they install the plug-in mosquito repellent). Bathroom shower also had good hot water supply. Rooms have air con and fan, which is great as it is hot/humid on the island. Food is available, and for lunch you can order from a local restaurant and they deliver to your room. For dinner, would highly recommend the homemade food, tastes fantastic and is fresh! Their tea is also very good! From the guesthouse, it’s a 10-15 min walk to main roads where there are hotels, fruit markets, shops etc. The best thing about this place is the family who run it. They were very welcoming, helped me to plan my trip, booked all ferries to other islands and water sport activities, and recommended restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a room with a sea view and it was wonderful. You could lay in bed and look out at the water and lights at night. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all we needed. The balcony was lovely, especially at night, where we had some drinks and relaxed. We like our tea so they brought us a kettle so we could make our own but you can purchase there too. There is a central area next to the room where you can eat meals. The Manager, Aman, was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. He helped us with everything from island boat trips, sightseeing and ticket purchasing. All the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. But the icing on the cake was the food. The Chef is excellent and breakfast lunch and dinner was so tasty. Once we ate there we didn't want to eat anywhere else. We had one meal in Aberdeen and it didn't compare. We loved that the location is in Haddo a short tuk tuk from Aberdeen Bazaar because it was peaceful and quiet. We liked it so much we booked again after visiting the other islands.

This was a lovely home stay vibe and perfect for us! Just off the Main Street with restaurants, it was a quiet location. Breakfast being included was an awesome bonus. The room was cosy and had everything we could need. good shower pressure, sizeable bathroom and everything was clean. The terrace has a nice view as well. A special shout out for Anarul, the young lad who can sort out anything you want. He got us rickshaws, gave tips and suggestions, booked us a ferry, you name it. And he also does the cooking if you order lunch and dinner from the hotel! What lovely meals he prepared for us. The fish masala was the best. All the meals he prepared were homely, flavoursome and simply yum! I highly recommend this place to people who want a quiet spot to unwind at the end of their day, and do ask Anarul about anything you might have questions about.
