We felt like staying at a friend's house. When we arrived, we were welcomed in a friendly way, it felt like visiting good friends. We had long, interesting conversations and got great advice about our travel plans. We are very grateful for all the support, like finding a rickshaw for city sightseeing and a shared taxi to Srinagar. Also, the house is nicely furnished and feels inviting. Our room was spacious and clean, we had a comfortable stay. The only thing I regret is that I didn't stay longer. I definitely want to come again in the future!

Have to applaud reception staff Minakshi Pandita's very warm and helpful guidance. She knows her job well and was very helpful in making our evening siteseeing just perfect. Staffs response and attitude reflects the hospitality scale of the hotel. All the staff in all areas we met were very well trained and helpful. Food excellent, rooms perfect, location great. It was such a wonderful experience, the rooms were large and it was unfortunate we could only spend a short time here. The buffet dinner was tasty, and the spread pretty good too. Friendly staff as well.

Comfort stay and helpful staff. Hotel Location is in main market just opposite Raghunath temple amidst shopping area . Food was good too. Rooms were clean and interior is well decorated.
