We celebrated out dad’s 70th birthday and the whole team was out and out trying to make the moment special for our family. Mr. Bhagat from the restaurant services took care of all our needs and even accommodated all last minute requests. Big shout out for his commitment. The property was good and well maintained. Location of resort was also good. The resort is hidden jem. Food was awesome and superb and choices in the buffet were many. Food quality was also good. All staff members are amazing. They are very helping and kind and pleasing, Specially pooja is very helping and kind. Pooja treated us like a family member.

I requested for an upgrade to hotel staff citing better views and hotel staff was very considerate and offered upgrade without any hassle. My kid had a wonderful time at the property. This was my second visit to property already :-)

We were refused the accommodation even though it was booked many months back and we had a confirmation email with dates and rooms booked. I will be filing a complaint to booking.com as well. It was very disappointing to know just before the day when we had everything else planned. Very inconvenient for a family of 6 especially when travelling from overseas.
