I liked this place very much. It's a modern well-designed hotel with smart solution and good spaces. The staff is very welcoming and serviceminded. They really put their effort into make you feel welcome and meeting your wishes. Very good room- and laundryservice. The room I booked was good sized, clean and comfortable with everything I needed. The Balcony bar was a good place for a evening drink, and to relax after a day driving to Madurai and sightseeing. The lounge served good coffee and I enjoyed to sit there working in "abroad homeoffice" in the afternoon. It made me feel very relaxed. The poolarea is nice. Unfortuantely I didn't find the time to use the pool. But it looked clean and I'm sure it would have been refreshing.

It’s a really tiny room including a splendid roof top in the opposite of the beautiful Nayak Palace. Jevaan is a great host really taking care of his guests. He provides a very proper room, filtered water and helps in any situation. You can join him easily on any messenger and he’ll reply immediately. Also, we liked the daily chats about culture, history and daily life in India.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Room service was excellent. Hotel was very clean. Temple was in walking distance.

During the coved period, there was no customers. So they are unable to maintain the resort. Now they are facing with approach road. it is settled it is easy to approach. They are also rejuvenating the swimming pool. Lot of facilities such as auditorium mass dinning hall are available. I hope it will pick up.
