We stayed for a week. It was an awesome experience. It's a very nice place with a great location. Walk across to the beach. The service which Anas, the caretaker, provided was excellent. The food he prepared for us was delicious. Anas also took us around the city, a beautiful temple, the lighthouse, boating and around. The beaches in Kappad are lovely and unspoiled... Quite a getaway. Overall, great hospitality and amazing place.

I booked A/c room. They showed me non A/c room. I booked again for A/c room paid 2500/. Not worth it. mattress quality is very poor. very hard it is. booking.com have to verify the quality of booking and the service. I had very bad experience.

It is one of the great properties to stay in Waynad. Views from the resort and the room are truly incredible and really rare. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. I also liked the playing area for the kids if you are travelling with the family.

Absolutely beautiful location next to the reservoir, restaurant had lovely terrace and delicious food (which could also be ordered to room) and villa was beautiful and comfortable. The balcony in particular was amazing and could watch monkeys playing and hear so many birds. Didn't want to leave the place!

It is a Great place away from the town rush.Location is heavenly close to nature,place is well maintained, and also beautiful river view .The staff is very polite and friendly in nature,welcomed with a warm smile.
