One of the best stays we had in Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and decorated with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk from the beach, yet tucked away enough to give that peaceful, relaxed vibe. The in-house restro bar served delicious food (highly recommend trying their pizza, and cocktails)

The location is good, the beach is just a few meters away. The bedroom is good, it has a fan, air conditioning and a refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable. A delightful little hotel located within a tropical garden, the restaurant (from breakfast to dinner)  right on the beach, feet in the sand -holiday feel PUR. Very attentive staff.  In particular, Narendra spoilt us, while Alwyn did a great cleaning job. Yoga classes are offered on a deck with calming views over the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our days and are planning to return, hoping to find this new hotel in the same pristine condition.

100% recomended... If you want to experience the real soul of Goa this is the place you have to choose. First things first... Location is perfect, the whole Arambol; beach, restaurants, shops etc are within walking distance. If you want to stay in the house there is a cosy common place where you can spend your time, making new friend from all over the world, have time together with other guests and maybe even make music together in the evening if you like. Bunty and Haley are always there to assist you. They are really helpful. They answered all our needs, gave us tips about Goa with a warm heart. Thanks for your hospitality guys...
