The location is good. The plantation visit was very excellent. The staff were friendly too. They took us to tea manufacturing unit too which was knowledge enhancing. Food was great. Overall, we enjoyed every moment there.

We actually did not stay at The Nest Father George took us to his other property Candy Cottage. The Nest looked good but Candy Cottage was just as good and better. FATHER George and Leela (servant/cook) looked after us brilliantly and also our driver. Local villagers were so friendly and the whole experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend both places.

    We had a very pleasant stay at royal residency during our trip to Kottiyoor temple. Rooms were spacious and clean and very much suitable for families with kids. The owner was very helpful and he guided us with directions and also helped us plan our travel timings to arrive at the spot without challenges. The hotel is located close to the temple which makes it a very convenient option for long distance travelers like us. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable family stay option near Kottiyoor temple.

    Remote area, good people, affordable and pleasant stay. The owner was kind and caring, we felt like staying in our own home. Homely food prepared for us was a thoughtful gesture, loved the experience. Happy Customer, definitely recommend!
