Fantastic hotel with priority and elegance. Food rooms bathrooms good allround. Keep it up. This is the quality we expect from a 5 star. Will definitely recommend this hotel cause we are very particular regarding neatness and cleanliness. What we paid for is wat we got. Some 5 star and 4 star were very disappointing where we had to dust rooms and clean bathrooms before using. Trivandram residency was too good. Keep it up .

Our last two days in India we stayed at this accommodation, we are so grateful that it was like this, they are a lovely family and they really made us feel at home. Everything was very clean, the owner prepared us a delicious breakfast, they have a kitchen so you can cook whatever you need. They also let us use the washing machine. Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. Hosts Akhil was very friendly and Helping, checked throughout our stay whether any help needed.     This is a beautiful property, with spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms and bathrooms and all that's required for a family vacation. The host was very helpful and homely. My kids enjoyed the stay a lot. Absolutely recommend this place!
