The location, room, staff, breakfast, everything was great! Honestly, I would rate this as my best stay out of all the hotels I stayed in India throughout the duration of my trip this time. The room, toilet and every other place in the hotel were very very very clean! All the staffs were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to our request considering we travelled with 2 kids. There is a small lawn just beside the hotel which is very relaxing to spend time in the morning/evening. The breakfast was exceptional as well and the food in their restaurant is good too. Location is near to the main town. Overall, we had very good time in Ooty staying at the hotel. Certainly, will stay here again and I wish there are more hotels providing service as good as them.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

If you want to recharge your batteries, sleep on a cloud and immerse yourself in nature then this is for you. A little bit out if town (but only a 10 rupee bus ride in) and they serve lovely breakfasts and you can order freshly cooked dinner. You don’t actually need to go anywhere ( there are great walks from the property) Amazing views, the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in India, fantastic showers, even a bit of TV if you fancy it. Tastefully decorated, set in the most beautiful gardens, with 8 well cared for friendly cats and a lovely dog. The atmosphere is really friendly, the host super helpful. It’s cold at night but there’s a lovely fire lit and extra blankets. Make sure you book the room with the balcony and book an extra night because you won’t want to leave.

A Hotel run by a Colonel! Lots of army memorabilia - veey homely with lovely big rooms. The breakfasts and restaurant were great - lots of food , very tasty and reasonable prices. The hotel is set back from the road with a small veranda which you can chill out on. There also patking for a few cars/mbikes. The hotel is in a great location - quiet but very close to the town centre - 5 mins walk. We went for a night and stayed for three and didnt really want to leave!
