The cabins surrounded by trees was a lovely. The cabin itself is small but very clean with everything you need. Providing housecoats for the hot tub is a nice added touch. Just down the road is a little fishing village that has a free open air hot tub overlooking the Harbour where whales are often spotted! The owners were away but Sue was very helpful in directing us to the best fish and chips at Baccala!

The quiet and cosy cabin, sitting in the warm cabin in the serene forests was just magical. As it was snowing heavily at Akureyri in the middle of March, we decided to spend most of our day here. Enjoyed the hot tub in the forest.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. Our room had a sea view. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate the observation tower. We even saw the aurora borealis. I liked the relaxation zone the most. There was a sauna, massage chair, hot tub, darts, ping-pong. We will be happy to come back here. We loved this place.

This cabin was pure magic. Tucked away in peaceful nature, it felt like stepping into a cozy Icelandic dream. Every detail — from the lighting to the decor to the thoughtful little touches — was clearly arranged with care. The space was spotless, warm, and welcoming, and we instantly felt at home. We only wish we had booked more nights — it was the perfect place to unwind after long days on the road. The views, the atmosphere, the comfort… everything exceeded our expectations. It was an absolutely marvellous place. A cosy house with fully equipped kitchen - actually the whole house was fully equipped. The quality of the furniture and the equipment was really high. Beautiful and incredible design - this house has the soul. Very pleasant and engaged landlord lady.. A very good bang for the buck for Iceland. The best place we visited during our staying in Iceland. I absolutely recommend this place.

This is a nice place for a family with 2 children, but not for a 2 couples. The kitchen had all needed appliances.
