I simply loved this place! It's a piece of heaven in very quiet surroundings. I felt very much at home plus I was the only guest that night, so I had everything to myself. I was fortunate to see the volcano eruption from the window, while looking for the Northern Lights. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was very nice.

We had an absolutely lovely two-night stay at this charming accommodation in Iceland. The space itself was cozy and inviting, with a warm atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. We were pleased to find that the accommodation was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My daughter and I were traveling to Iceland alone for a vacation. We felt very welcomed here and the host was more than welcoming to his home. The room had everything we needed. He had my coffee set up in the morning. If we needed to cook in the kitchen it had everything we would have needed. A bonus were the horses outside the door when we left.

This hotel sits in a quiet location, just 17 minutes’ drive from Hella village, and features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi access. There is also a children’s playground on site.
