Lovely hotel remodelled from a school built in the 1950s. Great quality of materials, beautifully preserved building with a character. A lot of light. Room was clean and comfy, shower was stocked and hairdryer was available. Well-functioning WIFI, decent breakfast (incl. omelette, which is rare for countryside hotels in Iceland). Overall - good experience.

Lovely cabin in a beautiful location. Well furnished / appointed with everything you need for your stay. Small but well designed so it's comfortable and functional. Great views from the cabin, feels like it is the middle of nature, but with great access to some of the best of what north Iceland has to offer nearby.

The property was amazing, very modern, clean and spacious for such a seemingly small place. The location and landscape was beautiful, with some great places like Húsavík not too far away, and Dettifoss only a short drive. It was easy to find too, and easy to get the keys to enter. Although it was very far from the capital but we took this as a part of our adventure when driving to and around the property. We have recommended this place to friends and family. And we would definitely stay again! :)

We traveled with 2 teenagers. Very good contact with the host before arrival - we received very accurate information about check-in and address. The apartment is well equipped, we lacked nothing. Apartment a bit small for 4 people for a longer stay. For 2 perfect. Worth recommending.

Very quiet location with great views. Nice cottage with functional lay-out: we had everything we needed for a few days. Wonderful hikes close to the property.
